White smoke? Head Gasket???

I just noticed on my 02 Eddie Bauer Explorer (v6) white smoke is coming out of the exhaust. it has 86k on it. when i hit the gas a lot of smoke comes out. is this the head gasket? the coolant looked a little low 2 days ago and i added some, is that just a coincidence?

If the engine is warm and you get any smoke there may be an issue...White indicates water....Engine cold and outdoors this time of year may be just water vapor...
