Wiiiindow Rattle

Just got back from a trip with my trusty '92, but my hearing's almost back to normal. The whole trip, I put up with an annoying rattle from the pass front window area. Had my wife push on it, slightly lower it, and do all kinds of other stuff to try and quiet it, but no use. Anybody out there got any ideas? Seems to be around the glass or right under the top of the door, but only notice it at highway speeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my wife expected me to fix it while driving, I guess...wonderful trip!

Someone with a newer X had a rattle and it was finally diagnosed as improper welding in the B pillar area I think. Thread was in the last month or two. May not be at all related, but then again, with time/stress, something may have cracked/snapped/come loose on yours as well in the same area. Try searching for rattle and see you should find the thread....

Sounds like just a loose clip. Fix it while yer driving!LOL
