Will 15" Wheels from '92 fit my 16" '02?

Had a guy offer me a good deal on 4 new already mounted and balanced rim/tires from a '92 Explorer.
Does anyone know if the wheels will fit my '02?
Current vehicle '02 4wd Explorer XLT w/ 235/70/16
Proposed wheels from '92 are 235/75/15
Any help appreciated

More than likely no. Few 15" wheels will clear the brakes/spindle on the 02s.

I tried to mount my 15's from my 00' ranger onto my 05' ex and it definitely did not fit! It didn't come very close even to be honest.
