will a 01 f150 radio fit in the ranger/explorer?

i might be able to get another cd/cass combo for the ranger and just need to know if the radio from a 01 f150 will fit in the ranger/explorer?

If I were you, I would email a member named "cobrajeff". He is the expert on the stock Ford audio stuff. He would be able to tell you the exact model number head units that will fit. I know that some will. I sold a '97 HU to an Expo owner and it worked fine, but cobrajeff would be the one let let you know for sure.
