1996 Explorer OEM AM/FM/Cassette to 1997 F150

Does anyone know if the above unit would fit the F150? Looking at the Explorer for my son. The F150 has an aftermarket Alpine Stereo/CD Player which he'd like in that vehicle if we purchase. I really don't care as I primarily listen to radio. Actually would prefer having OEM in truck.

As long as it's not a premium system deck. My '96 Eddie Bauer had the JBL factory system. And the connections are the same.
