If it could work, it would have to be modified to work. Some have used Ranger lifts, but they had to be modified to work. If you want 2 inches you could do a shackles/twist combo for a cheap and easy 2 inches or so. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=23459
I'm not the one to tell you, I know nothing about what kinds of modifications, I just know it would have to be modified to a certain extent, even though Explorers and Rangers are similar when it comes down to that. You could do a search in this part of the forum, just try entering things about Rangers or Ranger lifts. Might try Trailmaster, because I think it was them who made it, but not totally sure.
