Will Ford Escape wheels fit?

Will 2012 XLT Escape wheels fit on my 03 explorer?

I did a search and they have the same bolt pattern but I'm not sure about the offset and center bore.

The 2012 escape wheels have a center bore of 67.1 mm, you need 70.1 mm center bore. All other dimensians are the same. the same
