will not unlock

can not unlock doors with the keyless entry,
keys or with the keypad, keys will only go in about half way" can someone help me. thanks

Have you tried it from the passenger door and rear hatch? Remember that unlocking a door, the turning the key as if you were unlocking it again will unlock all doors. See what happens.
