Will These Rims fit '08 ST 4x4 V8???

Hey guys...I have the stock Aluminum "clad" rims on my '08 Limited ST...does anyone know if these will fit?

2014 Nissan Pathfinder OEM rims
18 x 7.5 in. wheels
P235/65R18 tires

The Pathfinder bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3, the center bore is 66.1 mm.

Explorer is same but the center bore is 70.3 mm so it looks like the Nissan wheels won't fit over the hub.

This is just from googling the wheel parameters for both cars, both are listed as medium to high offset.
