Will these rims fit? (Grand cherokee, need to know ASAP)

Will 00 grand cherokee 16 inch rims fit on my 2001 sport trac? They are stock rims; aluminum. Will it work?

There's a couple styles for that year, is it the gold spoke rims you refer to?

They might rub since the Jeeps normally came with a lot of backspacing on their wheels.

I know it's not all the same, especially since I have a 2nd Gen, but I tried a set of Jeep Wrangler wheels from a 00. The studs line up, but the hub on my X was too large. This was a 4x4 Wrangler though...
