Yes, they will, here is a pict of mine with 265/75/R16 Interco TrXus MT's. The second pict shows the only trimming I did to the "tupperwear" trim. I'm pretty sure 33 won't fit, unless you get the sawzall out....btw 265/75/R16 are aprox 32" by 10.5"
