Ok, I tried both switches to make it go back up and nothing!!! It's the right rear window. Is there any way to raise it manually? I think the motor is gone. How can I get the motor off to replace it? Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I had this problem. I was able to push the window in & up with some force as I pressed the up button & that made it go up.
I then replaced the window motor a few weeks later.

Ditto, two people can usually get it back up, you might have to tape it shut also.

you can also smack the doorframe(not the plastic door panel) with a rubber mallet and some times it will free up the brushes in the motor and allow it to work for a few more months.if its the switch then take the door panel off and unplug the motor from the wiring harness.then use a battery and wire to run power strait to the motor.switch the wires to make it go up or down.you can also check the switches by putting voltmeter leads on the harness connector to the motor and seeing if power is making it to the motor.
