Windows and Sunroof quit working?

got a 99 ford explorer and out of absolutely nowhere my windows, sunroof, cigarette lighter by the radio, and dome lights quit working. 4 wheel low and high flash as well. Ive checked all of the fuses in the truck checked all the grounds i could find. could this be a bcm?

I had the same thing happen to mine. Identical symptoms. I went to an old friend,
turns out he was a retired FORD mechanic. He told me what it was. It's the GEM
Module. They are noted for failing in Exploders... It cost $99 from the dealer
and had it replaced at the Dealer for $250 including reprogramming and parts.
Now everythng is as it was... Fine business.
