I have no idea what they are called, but I've seen a few on the f-series trucks and they look nice. It's that visor thing that goes at the top of the windshield, and sticks out straight forward a few inches. I thought they looked nice on the trucks, and I was wondering how it would look on an X, does anyone happen to have one, or have an opinion? Thanks

lund lunar visor - JoeMamaUgly is selling one right now

lunar visor has embedded running lights, solar visor has no lights

thanks, I bet it would look nice with some running lights in it. No ones ever seen one on an X?

I checked those out, I like the Moonvisor better, it's the sharper looking one, less curved, which I think would fit my 1st gen better.

I've seen them on Explorer's before...IMO they remind me of some hill-billy's truck or something. They just make the truck look tacky to me. But if i did get one go with the lighted one.

haha, thats funny, I can see that also. what's IMO mean?

They are really hard to install I found. I had one I tried to put on my old 94 Sport. Never came out right. I chucked it into pieces after a few days.

Scott, I have one with lights I'll sell you. PM me if you're interested.

Someone had started a definitions thread for auto-related acronyms & such - i think it was/should be added to the useful threads. I.e. what SAS & AAL & SOA meant...it took me MONTHS to figure out what ROFL or ROFLMAO - until i googled it to find the meaning :D

does anyone kno if you can get a windshield visor for a 95 explorer with the lights. do you kno if you have to get one that will fit a ranger to fit and it fit an exporer

please help me out
