Windshield washer issue - I'm new

04 Ford Explorer Sport Trac: Windshield washer pump stopped working (interior fuse is good). I replaced the pump, then the multi-function switch, but the windshield washer still does not work. Is there another fuse, relay, or circuit breaker under the hood? Any suggestions?

Not sure about the '04's, but there might me a relay for the windshield washer in a small black plastic box located under the air cleaner. I know the older Explorer's and Sport Trac's have this box, which has multiple relays in it. IIRC one of the relays is for the WW pump.
