Winshield wipers will not return to normal position

I have a 2001 xlt, and went to the carwash and they pulled my windshield wipers up and now they wont return to the normal position. Any ideas guy i would greatly appreciate it

take it back and demand that they repair the problem

i did they said they have a sign before you go in that says not responsible for any damages to windshield wipers or mirrors

they function but when you turn it off it stays about 6 inches from home position

pop off the wiper arms and rotate them until they are in the home position.
