Winter tires

Hi new member here, just purchased a 2019 XLT Explorer equipped with 255/50/R20’s. I have winter tires on steel rims from my 2013 Edge 235/65/R17’s. would these be compatible with my Explorer? Bolt pattern appears the same.

Yes you can.

I think 245/65R17 is a more ideal size.

Last winter I also ran the Blizzak WS90 on my Ranger XLS, but last month I replaced it with all-season tires Defender ltx m / s,
Do you use tires all season?
