You can use the existing wire if you want to, depending on how much power you wanted to run would dictate weather you should run new wire or not...

Well it depends on how much time you want to spend doing it. I am using the stock wiring through my amp with no problems. Theoretically, wiring new speaker wire will give you cleaner sound, but the stock wiring is already ran into the doors.:D I just ran some 16 gauge from my amp along the same path as my RCA's to my head unit and tied it into the factory wiring from there. Piece of cake because I had to run the RCA's for the amp anyways so no added time. I have had no problems with using the stock wiring for 6 months now.

Oh yeah, what Heath said, just watch the power you put through them. I'm running like 100 Watts through mine with no prob's.

well im thinking of getting a 4 channel lanzar amp that is 600 watts. soo 150 watts to each speaker. should i just get a lower raited watt amp or just put new wires in. and if i do put new wires in how hard would it be.

With 150 watts, I would run new wires. I can't help on the wire running part, never had to do that. Sorry.

alright thanks tho

lanzar!

lol- that amp doesn't make 150 watts by 4 really. you will be fine with the stock wiring, but laying new wires is easy. the details are too complex for me to feel like posting here, but its nothing you can't figure out. i'd just lay new 16 gauge throughout

alright thanks
