I don't understand why when I drive, I feel everything on the front end shaking left and right. I rest my leg against the driver's door panel and I could feel it - even a little bit on my gas pedal. I could even see and feel the passenger seat shaking. What's causing this? Bad tie rods? I know the wheels are balanced. The faster I go, the worse it is. I assume it's something in the front end?

Any ideas?

Well, if it was shake / rattle / when you roll, I'd suggest you take the Big Joe Turner album out of your deck.

Rattle in the steering wheel is from front tires out of balance. In the seats is back tires.

You may need a complete road force balance (I think it's called.)

But, in your case, it sounds more severe. I'd think if you put the ex up on stands you should find play in something. I wouldn't drive it until you know. Something has gone out or is loose.
I'd start with wheel bearings and upper lower ball joints. The three items would cause wheel wobble. Though bad control arm bushings could too.

Perhaps bad motor mounts? Or a tranny/U-joint problem.

Hmmm... I do know that the driver's side rear wheel bearing needs replacement. Could it be from that?

Had same problem, I replaced my upper and lower ball joints on both sides. and wala problem solved

Just curious... how did you determine it was your ball joints for sure? Did you bring it to a shop?
