wondering about air bag system

hello all,
I was wondering if anyone on here knows if the front drivers and passenger air bags deploy together in a crash or do they deploy according to which side of the bumper is struck?

Welcome to this forum! All of them should deploy to protect the entire cabin. Each sensor is providing an input signal.

passenger i think on 04 and up wont deploy if nobody is in the seat.

else any impact, that triggers airbags, they will go off.
