Wont start (Help!!!!!)

Came home from the Store, turned the truck off and now it wont start. It ran great all day then I shut it off and now it won't start. It cranks and sometimes it tries to start but nothing.

Sounds as if you have the infamous fuel pump relay issue. Find the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment driver side power distribution box. First, try tapping it with a screwdriver then attempt to start. If that works, you know the relay is going south and needs to be replaced. If not, try switching the relay with a similar one that is not of major importance right now, like the fog lights or the WOT A/C relay, then try to restart.
