When i start it on a cold morning, it will die right away unless i keep the rpms uparound 2000rpm, it will not idle. The only way I have found to stop it to turn the key to on and wait about 45 seconds and then start it. It has progressivley gotten worse. When it started it only did it when it was very cold, now it's doing it aroud 40 degrees. What could this be? My only guess right now is the IAC or the fuel system.
