worse in snow and rain after lift and 31s?

Seems something is worrying you.. I'm curious as to what it is.. I just made the upgrade and couldn't be happier.

Unless your sag is HORRIBLE, I don't think you'll have problems in the rear. As for the front, you might have rubbing at full crank. (I don't... AND I have running boards..)

no im not worried about rubbing, i know im in the clear.. the only thing that i was a little worried about was loosing the control in the winter.. we get a lot of winter mix.. which means snow and rain and ice all at once.. and i love the way my truck handles in it.. i always have traction, and i never slide.. and i dont wanna loose that by getting bigger tires.. i mean i was gonna get them reguardless, i just kinda wanted to know if what i was in for.. and the views of everyone else who has already done so.. maybe a suggestion on tread or something i dunno.. just keeping conversation open i suppose...

At this point, it comes down to what tires you get.

Are you looking for a winter tire? or an All-Terrain/Season?

Tires are something you do Not want to be cheap about, sure.. find the best price.. but don't get cheap with it..

Two main things I won't be cheap about with any vehicle, tires and brakes.

i know what tires i want.. they are definity dakotas.. they are a mud terrain.. with a nice lug on em.. they are 110 each at pep boys for 31x10.5x15 so i just gotta save the money now...

M/T wouldn't be a wise choice for winter driving. Siping them would help.. but I still wouldn't use M/T for winter use..
