See it might be kinda different here in the US, prolly not but here is my attempt at an explination. Many rich kids get fast cars, WRXs, GTIs, turbo jettas and, **CRINGES** civic Si's. Most of these kids, noice I said most, never worked at all and everything they got, their parrents bought for them. Most do NOT know how to handle a car with high HP stock, and they are swapping turbos that produce enough boost to send them into low 12's. Therefore they think since they CAN go this fast, why not?
