Noisy Suspension

I have a 2002 v6 with 44,000 miles recenlty I noticed that I have alot of noise comming from the front and rear bushings when I go over a speed bump at low speed, I have also noticed a little bit of play in the steering wheel while driving (shakes and shimmys) any one have any ideas?

i get squeaky noises on my front suspensions but i tinhk thats cuase of dried mud

The sway bar bushings go out on the early ones.

When were you tires last balanced?
