tie rod loose?

So I just recently noticed my right wheel only going over bumps and and making small turns normaly left turns is making a popping noise, almost like a worn radius arm bushing but mine are brand new. So I checked out under my vehicle the other day and the tie rod attached to the right wheel (I don't know if that is the inner or outer rod) can be moved a decently large amount up and down well more like swivel up and down, but I'm guessing that is why it is making the popping noise. Any guesses? can I just tighten it or does it need to be replaced? It just started happening after I put on my 32's x 11.50. which do rub at full lock because of my no lift but I didn't think it would effect my tie rod.

Any help would be appreciated!

Need to replace it. Yea it can cause a popping noise.
