I have an '85 6 cyl 79k actual miles; was running great then one day no fire (nothing, not a bump or a click or anything. Ideas?

battery cables loose or really corroded?

sounds like u need a good battery post and cable connector cleaning,, and make sure your battery is in good shape and charged , go from there, check your ground and hot connections
