95 Explorer 4.0 Want Start

Brand New Starter and Fuel Filter was hearing the fuel pump kick on has gas new crank sensor and still nothing I am so confused battery want jump start or nothing. Also When I crank on it the lights on inside go out and headlights dim then after about 5 seconds of not starting they come back on and still doesn't start. I hear a clicking noise from inside when I turn the key to the On position before start.

*Quick Update* Was outside and listening the click sometimes click click at the on position before trying to crank is coming from another relay box under the steering column on the driver's side?

Also Have now just noticed the hose under oil cap wasn't connected to the air breather... connected and tried still nothing but probaly flooded or i've juiced my battery trying to crank it.

try removing your battery terminals and giving them a clean had this problem on another car before just dirty connections
