The brown wire mod. Where is the brown wire

I'm looking to do the brown wire mod today but couldn't really find where exactly it is

It will depend. If you look on the back of the t-case you will see a single brown wire; that's the one. The older explorers had the t-case harness run inside the body along the pass side floor. My 05 for example all the wiring is under the vehicle and plugs into the computer at the firewall. Likely your wire is in the harness on the firewall like mine is on my 2005.

The man I found my wire right under the dash on the passenger side mines a 03 xlt v8 incase anyone else is wondering

Its in the kick panel on the passengers side..easiest place to get to.
