Fog lights with no switch

Hi all
Having a issue. I have fog lights on my 08 explorer and I have no switch that I can find. They work when I unlock with fob but not when lights come on. Any ideas on this one

Pull out on the headlight switch. If you have auto turn on headlights it can be pulled out in any position if not then the headlight switch needs to be in the marker light position or the on position. This is also in the owners manual if you don't have a paper copy go to owner.ford.com to download one.
