Depth of tread on KO's?

I just bought a set of BF t/a KO's used online. The guy said it had 85-90% tread left. Can anyone tell me what the new tread depth is? It matters 'cause he said I don't have to make the last payment if I wasn't happy with the tires.

should be around 11-12/32's

New tread depth is 16/32 for the A/T KO according to bfgoodrichtires.com . A tire with 85%-90% remaining should be somewhere between 13-14/32.
