2005 Sport Trac SLT Rims and Tires

Hello everyone... I have recently purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT 2WD and am not really happy with the stock rims and tires it has. They look kind of small... I want to give it a sporty look and maybe get bigger rims and tires without a lift, but not so big that it will rub and adversely affect the performance and ride. Something bigger than stock but not too big. Is it possible with out a lift? I am an extreme newbie when it comes to trucks/wheels... Please give me some suggestions on the size to accomplish this! I appreciate it!

a tire store can help you there,, they can set them beside your S T and you can see what the result is going to be,,
