- 2007 Ford Explorer XLT
I have a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT. My drivers seat has some rips on the sides and in the process of trying to fix things i made it worse and the cover and foam underneath is a mess. Foam is pretty crushed down anyway and seat is getting uncomfortable.
I have been searching online trying to find a replacement seat and have had no luck. The current one in the explorer is the basic seat- manual slide back and forth, lumbar knob, and lever to adjust tilt. My last explorer had the electric seats with full adjustment (backwards/forwards and tilting of the front and back of the seat bottom).
My questions are: Where can i find a replacement seat? If I am able to find the fully adjustable seats will those work or will i need to run some wiring to power them?
Thanks!
