back door reverse open?

anyone know how to make the bach door open backwards instead of like they are stock? ive seen it on cars and i think it would be fairly simple to do. anyone done it or know how to? thanks!

I think they are called suicide doors due to the fact if you are getting out of one, and a car hits it you are a goner.

Its because the wind will yank it open if the door unlatches while the car is moving.
