Bed Rail Removal

I searched but could not locate an answer. How do you remove the plastic bed rails on a 2010 ST?

Remove the 3 exterior bed tie-downs.


To release the bed rails, start at the inside and roll the bed rails to the outside.

They just sort of pop off.

Did you ever find a solution for removing the rail caps. Taking off the 3 exterior tie downs on each side didn’t do it for me. The rail caps are still rigid in place and I don’t want to damage them by snapping them off. Any suggestions?
