center wear rear tires

I have had a shake in the right rear at speeds of 60 to 65 mpg. Had balance checked, moved tires around, now the rear tires are wearing badly in center. They are not over inflated, checked that, any suggestions.

If the tires are only wearing in the center they ARE over inflated.
