Cylinder 4 misfire

I have tried everything I can think of to fix my cylinder 4 from misfiring. i have tried a new coil pack, new spark plug wires, new spark plugs. but it has not fix it and the engine is still sending a code for a cylinder 4 misfire. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!

I assume it is running like crap. I just went through something similar on my F-150. Talked to a local mechanic. He suggested these tests in order.
1. Plugs
2. Plug wires
3. Coil
4. Compression
5. Injector

Luckily, mine stopped at plug wires.
