It looks to me that it hangs too far out each side and it looks to hang out further on the driver side. May want to trim them back some and that way they will not get snagged on on the trails or rocks.
I had close to the same thing with my bolt on bumper. I had to redo the way it mounted by cutting off the horns and welding a plate to raise the bolt locations. Tucked it right up to the body nicely.
You could cut a V notch on the backsides of the corners, heat em up and bend them inwards, then a simple bead weld to the cut in the back. Give them the wrap around style.
Does the skid bolt to the underside of the cross member?
Looks good tho, love tube bumpers myself for weight reduction.
Yep as you guys noticed it is a little farther to the driers side but i try not to think about it.
I want to add another tube along the existing one. and yes the skid bolts to the front crossmember.
also the bumper doesnt stick out past my tires so i hope it doenst get caught on anything
