Towing a 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4.

I need to tow my 1995 Exlporer XLT 4x4 whose transmission has blown. I have a Reese tow bar and need to know if my Explorer can be flat towed.
If so what equipment will I need for the Explorer in order to tow it other than the tow bar I already have ?
