Tenneco's warranty staff is very nice, and professional... if you need to return the items, they'll tell you exactly what you need to do.
I wonder if it matters that my boxes were all taped up for shipping, and subsequently were torn apart during opening. I hope not, because I think they're going to have to live with them being put into another box.
(A shipper) boxed mine up in boxes from another brand strut... I had no problems. When you call, ask for Lou... she'll work out the details.
