Does anyone know what tool is needed to remove the screws in the access holes? It looks like a bit, but not the size I have. Why did Ford make this difficult?

It's an R3 bit. I bought a set from Sears for about $1.80. The front windows didn't require this bit - strange.

Square drive, Robertson. It's a common bit type and superior to philips.

Is it R3? I could swear my bit said P3 on it.. I don't have it with me now though, so I'm not sure.
