how to get power to the window motors

i took 2 front window motors out and i put in new bearings and now they dont get any power. what could be the problem. i also took apart one of the rear window motors and i took off the 4 screws that were on the top and the whole thing came apart, 2 springs came out, so i dont know how they are supposed to go back in, how can i fix this. all the motors were fine until i put in the new bearings, why cant i get any power now?

...you may have disconected the motors in the door, look at the plugins under the drivers side switches, and check your fuses and relays...

You may have assembled the motors wrong too. Are you sure there isn't any power to the motors and that it isn't the motors themselves?
