It looks like the rubber fitting that connects the vacuum line is on the FPR.. but no vacuum line is in the back of it.. no where to be found?
That's a damn good reason for you to be getting 11-12mpg, Not too long ago my truck was doing it to me, no real symptoms of a bad FPR, but Rangr7ltr helped me figure it out and I went from 12mpg to 20 in about 10 minutes.. lol
