His came with tube style running boards. The trim was already there. pbnj22 Do you have fender flares on your x? If you don't I have a spare set for the side trim I would sell.

no i do not.. t least i dont think i do... didnt they only come on the eddie bauer? i have an xlt and im gonna remove the running boards and i need something to cover the holes.. i heard that the base model trim uses the factory holes and just looks nicer than the rust that is probably under my running boards... if your talking the same piece then yeah i would buy them... what color are they?

Yeah, the rocker covers use the same holes as the running boards do pbnj. There are three different styles of rocker covers. Without fender flares, with round flares like OP has, and flares with the extended lip. The round flares come textured or smooth.

Fender flares came as an option on all trim levels.

Yea so the set I have is the set you need. They are gray in color. If you click on the link for my explorer sport registry I think the trim I have is the same color as the trim on my sport. I will snap a pic of them tomorrow when I get off work.

Yea mines an XLS and like they said I had rusted out nerf bar running boards and all the trim was there but faded gray I lightly sanded them taped off the car and spray painted Home Depot has flat black for .97 a can I bought 2 boxes of 12 and went nuts lol my whole undercarriage is painted an cleaned as well as the fender wells I used high heat flat on the rims that I bought from a jeep Cherokee the headlights taillights an fogs I used VHT night shades spray tint and the windows are black magic tint 5% and 2.5% on the hatch I have the shackles and rear shocks in the trunk waiting for the fronts and axle damper to come in mail this week I'm finishing up my exhaust right now and then valve cover gasket this week as well

Btw thing sounds mean w just 4 cats and no muffler lol

let me know what yall think about the running lights
I got bored one day waiting for my shackle bushings
all new shocks around bilstien heavy duty in the front sense trac load adjusters in the rear Monroe damper 2.5 cat back exhaust ebc pads once I get these war shackles on and TT ill be ready for some Pro Comp mud terrains

I like the setup. Howd you wire in the different lights? Were the cab lights a kit with a harness that goes under the headliner? I'll be adding my super duty cab lights to the roof of mine pretty soon. Are the second set of fogs set up on your fog light swith or did you just add a switch in the cab?
