hmmm, i don't think i've seen anyone put that on their vehicles. numerous people have put the side nerf bars. i love the idea behind it, but i really don't think i'd like how it looks. i think it would take away from the look of the back of the vehicle. although it would match the side nerf bars.
 






i would prefer the bend to match the contour of the bumper

I guess seeing in person it may look different but agree that in the picture at least it takes away from the look. Maybe a smaller step hitch might match better.
 












Weathertech BumpStep

Hi Everyone,

I didn't see any posts/pics of the weathertech bumpstep on an explorer so I thought I'd post a couple pics for those who may be interested.

I just installed this a couple of days ago. So far I love it... just got to watch your knees while loading stuff in the trunk as you can clip yourself pretty good if your not careful.

Nice Step! Much more convenient than the step stool I use when loading my Kayaks on the rack.
