Just drove the 2010 after a pretty good rain last night and water started coming out of the light area. Search showed people with sunroofs has this problem, but I don't have one. Windshield rubber looks good, roof rack feels firmly mounted

Do you have the sirius radio antenna (a black dohicky). If you do they can and will cause the water leak. If you look at it close it you will see the drain hole is on the backside instead of the downside (Front) I have a 2010 Mountaineer also. You will have to close the back opening with black silicone. I completely sealed it all around.no issue gone.

The small opening on the back of this?

The small opening on the back of this?
Yes the opening should be on the front. The designer must have been drunk. I sealed mine all the way around and that hole in the back. Get some clear silicone. This worked for me. The headliner can get damaged real quick

I ended up following the basics in this video. Kinda over gooped it so doubt if it will ever come off along with not leaking!
