Try removing that check valve and reconnect the line

Off the bat..I'm pretty sure it's the vacuum to your fuel pressure regulator which is about 4" to the right of where the red line curves down in your pic... this would possibly confirm my recommendation to (carefully--that line is very fragile) clean that out being your coolant "explosion" got some coolant inside of that....seeped in with vacuum pull of weak connection (??) with the coolant saturated on everything... It goes down to a vacuum diaphragm ball that mounts to the passenger wheel well / fender liner. When you had your coolant incident was anything by you / or a mechanic disconnected / pushed back in snugly....? This particular connection easily unplugs especially if soaked in coolant...kind of a stretch but since this is shortly after that incident.

No that was disconnected when I popped the hood. I appreciate the reply but I already took the turd to my local shop today and left it. On the way there my belt shredded and I had to pull over and call a tow. I appreciate your help and thank you for replying to my problem however at this point it isn't in my hands anymore :(

there is not supposed to be a check valve (one way valve) there at the fuel pressure regulator vacuum feed.
The vacuum lines/routing have been messed with on this truck!
First place I would look for driveability issues after the belt/tensioner issue is repaired
