Off the bat..I'm pretty sure it's the vacuum to your fuel pressure regulator which is about 4" to the right of where the red line curves down in your pic... this would possibly confirm my recommendation to (carefully--that line is very fragile) clean that out being your coolant "explosion" got some coolant inside of that....seeped in with vacuum pull of weak connection (??) with the coolant saturated on everything... It goes down to a vacuum diaphragm ball that mounts to the passenger wheel well / fender liner. When you had your coolant incident was anything by you / or a mechanic disconnected / pushed back in snugly....? This particular connection easily unplugs especially if soaked in coolant...kind of a stretch but since this is shortly after that incident.
