Anyway.... After that The next step was to change my water pump and timing cover for the 95 water pump and timing cover... This was succesfull and involved pulling the harmonic balancer and oil pan. After doing that I gained about 1 3/4" in the front for my fans....

Then the motor was set it and tranny, T-case and Driveshafts were hooked up to situate the engine for the last time....
After we got everything in the perfect spot. I welded in the lower half of the motor mounts. The engine was positioned as low and far back as possible, while still leaving room for flexing during off road situations....
Only one thing does not have much room and that is the smog pump. I am not going to have it on there anyway except for when going to the smog station! but here it is....

Man.. that engine compartment looks great! Nice work. Do mine! :D

So the next hurdle was my crossmember. the T-case ended up being a little further back than before because of my engine placement. I am debating on sending back my AA for the shorter one or modifying my crossmeber. I will have more on this within the next few days.....

Here is a look at my gear shifter location.... It wont change with or without a shorter AA piece. It is a little far back for my liking, but I will most likely have to modify it a little to clear my center console. This again all has to do with my engine placement, But this is all to get my huge dual E fans in between the rad and engine! It will be worth it and it will look awesome.

You're not kidding.

Yea this is rediculous..... I love it:thumbsup:

I am going to start with the wiring now. That looks like the next step. I have been working on a lot of little things that needed to be done at some point.

1) The steering pump from the mustang hooked right up to my stock hoses. The rubber one on the bottom and the 'screw in' type that was on the side. I'll get some pics on here soon. but anyway they hooked right up without any modifying.
2)I cut some of my a/c box but havent patched it yet. I'll get that done and get some pics.
3) When I put the shorter water pump on it no longer reached the a/c compressor // power steering pump bracket any more. This was not a problem at all except for the three bolt holes that were hanging out in the open in front of the water pump. So I marked it were I wanted to trim it. Then I torched, grinded, sanded and painted it black to look nice. It cam out very well, you cant even tell I cut some of it off. (I didnt sacrifice any strength) Again, I'll get some pics for you....
4)I figured out where I am going to mount my charcoal canister but I need to get my battery in there first. It is going to go under and against the battery mount that I made on the driver's side.

So I will have pics soon. In the mean time I am going to try to work out the wiring. Can anyone help?? :)

talk to ya later!
-Chief
