Keep in mind that there is little to no benefit to a CAI on a 4L SOHC. Even if it's tuned, the exhaust is the restriction. I imagine that you just disturbed some wires. Do 4 high and low still work? You do still have the MAF sensor, did not delete it?

Just so you know where it's leaking, spray some soapy water on it and then as it deflates, you'll see the bubbles. 28 years is just too old for a tire... better that it deflated right away instead of at speed, cornering, etc.
